Use your workspace account to sign in to the website and web workspace. Protect your password and use an email address you control. The member center manages your subscription, orders and usage records.
Current subscription scope
The first release offers individual Creator and Pro web workspace subscriptions, with monthly and annual prepaid terms. Team subscriptions, paid desktop activation and separate credit top-ups are not offered in this release. Their availability and terms will be announced separately. Current desktop early access follows the workspace availability.
Plans and payment
Only published, available web subscriptions can be purchased after checkout opens and account verification is ready. Review CNY prices, the prepaid term and monthly allowance before checkout. There are no automatic charges. Payment is confirmed by a verified provider notification; returning to this website is not payment confirmation.
Monthly allowance
Creator issues 1,000 credits per month and Pro issues 4,000. The subscription anniversary determines each monthly cycle. Unused monthly credits expire at cycle end without rollover. Annual plans pay for 12 months at once and issue credits monthly. Existing permanent credit balances remain recorded, do not expire and are consumed after monthly credits. New top-ups are not offered in this release.
Usage and budgets
Credits measure platform usage, not a fixed number of messages or successful tasks. Model rates are versioned. A task reserves a budget, settles confirmed consumption and releases unused credit. An expired monthly allowance cannot be restored into a new cycle. Observation billing records estimated cost without debiting your balance.
Renewal and changes
Renewing the same plan extends paid access without resetting the current allowance. A different plan starts at the end of the current paid term. Marking a subscription not to renew preserves access until expiry. There are no automatic charges. Existing permanent credits remain available.
Refunds and review
Refunds follow the displayed checkout policy and provider review process. Reversals reference the original order and remain in the ledger. Consumed, reserved or subscription credits require review. Request data review or account removal under Account security.
