Access rules & common questions
Can I buy or activate today?
Registration and this estimator are available. Purchases and desktop activation remain closed until service delivery is ready. Current early access is confirmed in the workspace.
What counts as one computer or app?
Each activated computer needs a pack. Multiple supported versions or projects of the same app count as one app type. Device count is separate from users and task concurrency.
Can I change my computer or selected apps?
Proposed: one self-service device transfer and one app-selection change per monthly entitlement cycle. Previous access is revoked on transfer. Hardware failures can be reviewed by support. These controls are not available yet.
How do upgrades and expiry work?
Proposed: paid upgrades take effect after a prorated payment; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Expiry blocks new automation, while saved files, history and permanent credits remain.
Are AI credits charged twice?
Both use one account credit pool. Each actual model invocation is metered once. Connecting or checking status alone does not consume AI credits. Desktop packs add access, not another monthly credit allowance.
Can a free account add desktop access?
The proposed model allows a free account to buy desktop access and top-up credits separately. Model availability and task concurrency still follow the account plan.
Does this include the creative software license?
The pack covers CoArtDex connection and automation features. Supply your own licensed creative software. Supported versions and actions follow each connector.
